The terms governing your use of NuSecuritas websites, services, and SMS messaging program.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, products, services, and SMS messaging programs operated by NuSecuritas, LLC (“NuSecuritas,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including www.nusecuritas.com (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by NuSecuritas, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
If you create an account to use any portion of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
The following terms apply to the NuSecuritas SMS messaging program (the “SMS Program”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Program terms in addition to the rest of these Terms.
The NuSecuritas SMS Program sends opt-in reminder messages related to your activity in our company portal application. Messages are delivered only to users who have provided an SMS-capable mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in to receive them.
You may enroll in the SMS Program by providing your mobile phone number within the company portal and affirmatively confirming your consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of our other Services.
Message frequency varies based on your activity within the company portal.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. NuSecuritas is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may cancel the SMS Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the SMS Program. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the same enrollment method described above.

The SMS Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our or the carriers’ control.
Information collected through the SMS Program is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by NuSecuritas. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of that third party.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUSECURITAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NUSECURITAS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, EVEN IF NUSECURITAS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NuSecuritas, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (such as posting a notice on our website or sending an email). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NuSecuritas regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and us with respect to the Services.
